   Hello, Suresh. your A710’s version just have the only one software. when update it use other software. it will white screen.
   and you can use USB cable to downloard the flash player or use T-flash memory card to download it when this A710 MP4 support flash player.

   hi,thank you for reply me. But however my phone couldn’t detected phone memory when i plugin to PC via USB cable. No problem with camera and memory card. Is there any settings for this problem? Thank you.

   if your phone couldn’t detected phone memory when you plugin to PC via USB cable.
   maybe the USB cable problem. this USB can charge when connect with the PC.
   please use the T-flash memory card reader to test.

    Hi sir my I got a mini wifi TV H-iphone KK A710
    But it is not supporting any player like avi 3gp mp4…..
    my player is playing only recorded video from camera..

    A710 can play mp4,avi,3gp.
    you should change the file of the memory card.
    if the mp4,avi,3gp is in the file “video”, it should change to “videos”. then the mp4,avi,3gp will work. please try it.

    Hello! I bought an A710 model Hiphone fcc (do not know if this is how to reference it). I can not install java applications. Whenever I try to do so, I get the message “you are not allowed”. I also would like to have the manual in Brazilian Portuguese, if you have it. Thank you.

    I am from Brazil and I bought a Hiphone today, but I’m facing some problems on using it. Could you help me?

    On the back of the phone, there is the following information:

    High Definition TV FM 8.0Mega Pixels Assembled in China
    Model No.: A710 FCC ID ID: 706C-A710

    Can you send me the manual in Brazilian Portuguese? Or it can be in English, if you don’t have it translated to Portuguese.
